Pink Details

I wanted to make this outfit all about the pink details. Sticking to black leggings and a white blazer, and adding different shades of pink, mainly to highlight the shoes. After all, that's what it's all about right?

Rainy Day

The weather has been so bipolar lately, earlier this week it was in the high 70s, and then it started raining yesterday. But I'm not complaining! I love this cold weather, I get to stay in, watch Netflix, drink hot chocolate, and skip out on the gym. Not to mention it gives me the opportunity to bring out some of my favorite winter items I hadn't shown on the blog this season. I got this leather jacket a couple of years ago, and I have worn it on countless occasions. It took me a while to find the one I wanted, but I fell in love with this one from Bebe. You guys know I'm all about finding the best deals, but I feel like its worth it to spend a little more when it comes to statement pieces, especially if  you know you're going to get a lot of use out of the item. Leather jackets are never going to go out of style and I know I'll be able to wear mine for many years to come.

Last Friday Night

Here's a quick outfit post of what I wore this past weekend for a night out with my girls. I kept it simple with an all black ensemble and added a pop of color with this purple blazer and hot pink necklace. To be honest with you, I planned this outfit around the shoes, kind of like I always do. This is probably one of my favorite colors, and the mesh detailing adds that perfect finishing touch.

Sunshine!

With the last couple of days being really cold, I was kind of sad when the sun came out today because who doesn't love cozy winter attire and hot chocolate? But let's look at the plus side, at least I got to finally bring out my hot pink blazer and light colored pumps I'd been dying to wear.

Bringing Back Old Favorites

I first saw these boots online, probably back in August, when Bakers came out with the Fall boot preview. I loved the classic style, and knew that they would definitely be a must-have for Fall and Winter seasons. After receiving them, I wore them once, and didn't even get to take outfit pictures that day. I had completely forgotten about them until today. So maybe I missed my opportunity to wear them during this past Fall season, but I'm not too worried since I know that this classic boot will not go out of style and I'll be able to wear it for years to come.
