Neon Yellow & Blue!

Last week I mentioned I had gotten a lot of neon goodies. Well here's one of my favorites, a semi-sheer neon yellow blouse from Express. The tie-front and loose fabric makes it perfect for summer. I have so many outfits planned around this top, I just feel like its a staple in my closet. The color is a little bright, but you can wear it so many different ways. I decided to color-block, with this royal blue skirt, and stuck to black accessories. Hope you like this look! XO
